Lifeline is a national charity which provides 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services to those experiencing emotional distress. Their lifeline (13 11 14) and website resources are useful if you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis.

Kids Helpline provides is a free, confidential 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5-25. They also provide resources for parents and teachers.

MensLine Australia

MensLine is a free, confidential telephone and online counselling service offering support for Australian men, aged 15+ and 18+ for video consultations.

Headspace

Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing support for young people aged 12-25. Headspace provides a wide range of resources and support, including online support, family support, and a Headspace mobile app.

Beyond Blue

Beyond Blue is dedicated to supporting the mental health of all Australians. They provide online counselling, assistance finding in-person mental health professionals, and resources to help you learn more about mental health.

Jewish Care

Jewish care has been providing a wide range of mental health resources, as well as online advice for parents, families and children. They also provide NDIS assistance.
