How to Help
There are many ways that you can make a difference:
Give generously
One of the best ways to support both the war effort and victims of terror is to give generously to organisations providing medical relief, support to soldiers, food and shelter, and more.

Raise your voice
We cannot emphasise how crucial it is that we as a community make our voices heard. This starts with talking to our non-Jewish friends and colleagues to ensure they are aware of the war crimes being perpetrated against the Israeli people. It is also important to contact talk-back radio programs when they are discussing Israel, and write in to newspapers to ensure our perspective is being represented.
Volunteer
Community employees and volunteers have all gone into overdrive, providing the valuable services they provide year round, whilst also navigating the new workload that is arising from the war in Israel.
There are also organisations who need volunteers to assist in raising money for Israel.

Take care of each other
Check in on your friends, family and loved ones both in Israel and in Australia. Building community and being of service to each other is more critical than ever, and that starts with checking in.
We must also remember to take care of ourselves. This will look different for everyone, but we recommend means taking breaks from social media, making sure to go outside, and seeking professional help if you need it.
